No TXT or MMS messages from email

This works about as well as calling support... no assistance. At least with the phone calls, you get someone reading off their script. I suppose the point of this forum is to ask questions, and AT&T hopes that someone else will answer or the customer will give up. 

Does anyone from AT&T read and respond to these questions?
