No texts from Amazon.

I stopped getting texts from Amazon. Have trouble shooted the issue with Amazon. Tried everything. It appears to be an ATT issue.

Premium texts setvices are set to always allow.

When I search in texts I can find old ones from 2021. But nothing recent. I get Amazon email notifications. Just no texts.

Please help?

I contacted ATT tech support last night. They had me restart phone and said they would reset my phone or number. But still no texts from Amazon.

Thank you for the update, !

Please share the helpful solutions our wireless device support tool offered you.

Also, reset your network settings to refresh your connection. Resetting the network restores the default settings on the device. Be aware, Bluetooth pairing and Wi-Fi settings are deleted and will need to be re-added. You will not lose data like pictures, videos, or text.

    • iPhone: Settings>General>Reset>Reset network settings
    • Android: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset network settings

Come back and let us know if this last tip helps!
