My att wifi keeps asking to sign in

It asks for all my devices to sign in and when we click on it, it tells us that our account needs immediate attention it gives a link to sign in to fix the problem and then we we sign in it gives a error code

Happy to help you with the Wi-Fi sign in prompt, Singrims.

 

Restart your gateway to refresh your Wi-Fi connection, and let us know if you're still being asked to sign in and getting the message that your account needs attention. Just unplug the power connection behind the gateway for ~15 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the Broadband light to turn green. If you have the BGW320, wait for the light on the front to turn solid white.
