Made payment but plan didn’t renew
I made a payment for my $40 plan on 14 March (my plan renews on 15 March) but I still haven’t got any data and it’s 16 March right now. I also checked on my account for the data usage and it said I used all 15gb. Please assist me on this. Thank you.
