Made payment but plan didn’t renew

I made a payment for my $40 plan on 14 March (my plan renews on 15 March) but I still haven’t got any data and it’s 16 March right now. I also checked on my account for the data usage and it said I used all 15gb. Please assist me on this. Thank you.

Let's meet in a direct message to take a look at your account payment history. Please locate the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right-hand corner of the forums page.


In the meantime,


Restart the device:

  1. Restart your device, then open the myAT&T app
  2. Sign in with your user ID and password. Be sure to delete any IDs you’ve saved first.

Reinstall the app:

  1. Delete the myAT&T app from your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Download the latest myAT&T app:
    • Go to on your smartphone or tablet.
    • Or text myATT to 556699 from your wireless device. We'll send you a link, so you can download the app.
  3. Install the app, then open it and sign in.

We also recommend that you check out the other options we have for you to pay your bill, if you're not able to pay online. You can always give us a call at 800-288-2020 to pay with the automated system.
