LTE has no data transmission at my work site, only calls and text messages (no iMessages send with LTE here)
Hey! I saw a post and realized I had the same problem with my service. I have 0 data transmission at my work site and can only send text messages and make phone calls. I have gotten a new e-sim, refreshed my service, deleted and reset all network settings, apple support, called AT&T phone support, and even use airplane mode to refresh my service constantly, and still no data at my workplace when its connected to LTE. some of the building has 5G and I have got a rep on the phone when i called to check the towers. I pay for the fastest plan and turned video management off. I am at my wits end on this service and im almost ready to just switch.
If i can get help with my service I would love to stay with AT&T. I worked in IT aswell, so i know my way around a phone and know how to troubleshoot. its been an ongoing problem since maybe April but essentially got worse in June and i have not had data anytime i have LTE. I use the speed test app by Ookla on the app store, it wont even connect to the server and just times out.
5g at work works like normal, but as soon as my phone drops to 3 bars LTE, i basically have no service

The FCC determines what AT&T and other service providers can deliver and where and how much. If it's not working for you pay off your device, unlock it, and bail find another service provider. Who are your workmates using for service? Start there.
