Issue with Group Texts
So long story short I’ve worked with tech support for 10+ hours. I’m a tech stack engineer so I’m very well versed and understanding about stuff having problems and I’ve scoured literally all of google and tried literally anything and everything. The issue is that I cannot send Group Text messages on iPhone, 12 pro max, OS 16.6. Every time I try to send one it immediately says failed to send (not delivered). I can get messages from groups but cannot send a MMS message to any group messages. DM MMS is working, after checking the sending server it does not seem that ATT receives my message, they sent me a new SIM card that should’ve fixed it and it did not, I’ve tested on my wife’s phone sending a group message and it fails with my SIM card inserted so it’s 10000000% on ATT’s end. Any help is appreciated!
yes yes and yes (Group messages is enabled, I’ve reset network settings, made a new group text, etc etc etc)

How many recipients are you sending too? AT&T linings to 10 recipients

I’ve tried anywhere from 2 to 7 people both iPhone only, android only, and mixed with the same not delivered results

It’s 100% a MMS issue, I cannot send images or group text messages, I can however receive them so it has to be something on ATT’s side. How can I have someone double check my account settings and what not to make sure everything is solid on the backend? I’m also up to do front end testing, I saw another post say something like text “test” to 151 to get sms info logs or something but it never worked for me?
