International SMS
My friend who has recently moved to Europe has unlimited international sms from their carrier (T-Mobile) and I don’t have a international text plan AT & T. Am I getting charge whenever I receive and send a text to them?

You are not charge for receiving an international text unless you are normally charged by the text. You probably aren’t charged when you send them a text either but that would depend on what plan you have. Most plans include international texts.
