I cant receive SMS text from my foreign bank

I need to access my international account and for security reasons the bank sends a SMS text message. I just called the bank and we did a couple of tests but no SMS has been received. The bank employee said that the issue is with the carrier in the US who blocks the+00000 sender .... can anyone please help?

Hello @rogerio_besouchet. Let's see why you're unable to receive your verification codes from your overseas bank.

 

There's an action we recommend that you take which can help resolve your inability to receive those codes.  

 

See Checked your blocked messages when you visit Not Receiving Verification Codes from App - Solutions From AT&T. There are specific instructions, depending on the OS (Operating System) of your phone.

Hi Brittany - thanks for your quick assistance but I believe that I have a different case. Following the post instructions, I was unable to find my scenario. Example: I don't have any blocked messages to be unblocked, I dont have ATT Call Protect as well. I do receive text messages all the time from US numbers - the issue on my point of view is related to the overseas bank that sends a text message (sender identified as +00000) that I'm not getting.

I've just called the bank again and they told me that this is 100% related to the US carrier and nothing can be done from their side.
