Hotspot suddenly stopped working
Plan includes hotspot
Hotspot working previously
Getting a message to enable I need to call 611 or visit att.com
Tried to restart my phone, reset network settings, SIM card removed and replaced, turned Cellular Data off and on
A lot of people I know is getting the same problem with their hotspot
Is there an ongoing issue? how do we fix this?

Hi, yes I have an iPhone 7 plus with iOS 13.1.3. I think this issue is widespread, I have been hearing other users having the same issue, iPhone and android alike.
How do you fix it?
