Getting this since last evening Error code: UsageServices-Client-I-1011

Is this a coincidence that you disabled it due to increased web traffic todag for iPhone release?

I need to see my data usage and it’s broken.

Figured out a way…

when you get to the error message just change the billing period to maybe two periods prior. Everything will start to look familiar. Then change back to current billing period.

I have been getting this since 8PM Thursday.  That is way too long for Support to fix this.  I needed the info for an appointment this morning and it wasn't available.

Shame on ATT to blame it on an iPhone release.

That was me blaming it on the iPhone release due to timing but att now has a message up that there is reduced functionality and I am assuming it’s because they cannot walk and chew gum at the same time.

The ability to request transfer pins is not available online.   It does not show up.

Who knows ?   I am switching carriers just because I wanted an Iphone with the better camera.  I am going to Italy next year and I am unsure about taking my DSLR.   For locked phones, ATT is very expensive  option just to check email etc.  

Tmobile offered me a couple of discounts and should remimburse for the phone unlock.

For texting, and simple email, data, tmobile is friendly in Europe.    They offer a 30 day plan with calling that is $50.   ATT would have cost me $200 because of my billing cycle.  

Back to the question, who knows ?

See the work around posted by Ryliekoa. This works. So sad AT&T tried to disable the usage feature during the iPhone release and didn’t even train or communicate to their staff.
