Getting rid of spam texts from E-mails.
I’ve had this problem for quite a long time (a little less than a year). Sometimes I will get texts from emails that want to lead me to another site, which is quite obviously a trap. Is there any way for me to disable these from appearing on my phone?

Maybe. You would need to call and request they block your line from getting texts by email. Can’t guarantee the agent you get will do it or know how to do it, though. Of course that means no legitimate texts from email either.
