I walked into the seekonk mass AT&T
there was 2 posters
Trade in your phone you get an Samsung galaxy S23
No date
I told the girl we wanted a S23 like the poster said
She answered oh of course
Me and my husband so 2 phones
She starts processing and says oh this promotion ended May 11th
It was May 16. I said there is NO DATE WHEN IT ENDS AND WHY KEEP THE POSTERS UP FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 DAYS!
I told her that was there problem for not taking down the poster.
She says I AGREE!
Goes gets her manager
He comes out and says you are not getting the promotion!
We got the phones
And TONIGHT we are bringing them back because whatever they did we can't use them!
Now I already paid $222.18
With a trade in and nothing for a promotion and the phones are awful!
Not a great way to treat a customer that has been with the company about 20 years, is it?

They told you that you weren’t getting the promotion, so what’s the fraud? Besides that, the promotion may have ended but a new promotion started the next day. You can still get a s23 for free with eligible trade in.
