Email To Text Not Working For Only One Phone On Account
Would anybody out there know why one phone (the main line) on an AT&T account can not receive email to text messages, but an identical phone on the same account receives them without issue?
I have tried every solution I can think of. AT&T phone reps that I have reached so far didn’t understand the issue of email to text.
- I have tried sending from multiple domains. I get a delivery failure for my phone. The other phone is successful with all.
- I have read through forum posts and haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
- I have tried txt.att.net, mms.att.net, sms.att.net. None work on my phone. All work on the other.
- I have checked to make sure any numbers are not blocked.
- I have reset the settings, restarted the device and all other basic troubleshooting.
I’d be very grateful if someone figured this out. I need it to receive automated messages from my employer.
