Couldn’t Load Secure Family App, ATT no help
Upgraded my phone to an Iphone 14 Pro Max. I had AT&T Secure Family on my iPhone 11 with no problem. It wouldn’t let me load the app on new phone. The app kept giving this error message:
“Error during sync process. Can’t connect right now, Please check your Internet connection.” My Internet connection was fine both on Wi-Fi and 5G. Called AT&T three times and nobody was able to fix this problem. Deleted app, and re-tried, reset phone, nothing worked. I finally just gave up and canceled the service. Guess they didn’t want my $7.99 a month.
