Cannot receive security codes

I wanna start of with saying how much a (Edited per community guidelines) company Att is. Anyways, I cannot get a security code from any single website I have my number as a way to reset passwords… they just will not go through. (Edited per community guidelines) am I doing wrong, I have reset my phone, completely factory reset my phone and much more but to no prevail. I have 2 factor authentication set up on many of my accounts and thanks to a crappy phone company I cannot access my accounts. Any suggestions?
