Cannot activate International Day Pass
I need to active the International Day pass, and the link on the product page asked me to login. However, after logging into my AT&T account, there's no such an option. Would anyone please tell me where I can find it?

Good morning,
I have the same issue.... I arrived in France yesterday, I usually get a nice text when I land with a link to the day-pass option,... not this time... No network, I had to rely on wi-fi network to get connected.
I have a post-paid account, I cannot call the international number for travelers because... I have not network.
I wanted to try the support chat but it is offline.....
On top of that I have been asked to update my myATT password, I can connect on my laptop, but on my phone it requires a confirmation code send via text, that I cannot receive...
Any help will be most appreciated
Is there a way to contact the helpdesk via email?

AT&T does not provide customer support via email.
Unless you are using a US vpn it is unlikely you will be able to log into your account. It is purposely blocked from for an access for security purposes.
You will be able to reach AT&T chat very shortly because business hours have begun.
You might consider adding day pass before you leave the United States. It is not triggered until you are roaming in another country, so there is no reason not to add it before you leave.

@ArmandCamaret International Day Pass active or not, you should still get service and be able to call the international support number, which is a free call. If you aren’t getting service at all, that likely means you don’t have the international pay per use option active on your line.
