Caller ID Still incorrect after numerous attempts to correct it
I have both a personal and business account through aT&T
the business account continues to show the incorrect caller id despite changing it for months through the online profile settings. It is now showing correctly in CNAM but not when you call other phones. Please help me get this corrected. I will not let the individuals use the phones until it does NOT pop up with our company name on other peoples caller IDs.
