Call usage report not showing all of my calls

When I log into my acct to view detailed calls usage, t boy shows a few here and there. The ones it does show IS within the timeframe of which your system updates call and text history.

We understand how important it is to view your calls in your usage report, @JennT123.

AT&T has 60 days to populate data use in the billing system. As soon as the data use is available, the billing system updates. Delays may occur due to the following:

  • Billing records from internal or external carriers delay in reaching the billing system.
  • Usage that included system errors has been corrected and successfully recycled within the allowed time.
    • myAT&T includes this information in the Important Information section of the Current Usage page.

Here are a few other things to keep in mind about usage report delays:

  • You may not be able to see usage since your last bill online if you have a new account or changed your plan in the middle of a bill period.
  • Usage info may not be available while we’re processing your bill. Usage generated near the end of a bill period may not show up until the next bill period.
  • Additional delays of up to 60 days are possible if the usage takes place outside the U.S.
  • For wireless roaming use, which is based on call records from other carriers, delays are normally 2-10 days but could be more than 60 days. Some use may display online but be billed during a later bill period.

If you are using an Apple device, iMessages and FaceTime calls will not show in your usage report as those calls and texts are considered data.

We hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach back out with any other questions.
