block email to text/mss
I called support already, apparently regular CSR do not have access to the option to block "email to text". In fact, one dude was so sure there was no such feature that he repeated to me the same phrase 10 times and refused to transfer me to a less inept CSR.
What's the email for your actual tech support? Not the people answering the calls, the guys in the back end who handle the actual software configurations.
This is what I'm trying to get rid of, coming from randomly generated email IDs like this one: *****@gmail.com
(each text separated by ---, all received within the last 10 days. Censored because forum stupidity)
