Active Armor VPN blocking internet
ActiveArmor is supposed to automatically connect to VPN when you are on an open Wi-Fi net work. It is not switching on and off automatically when I leave the open Wi-Fi net work, as a result, when on wireless my Internet does not work the only solution that I have found is to delete the VPN. Any ideas?

Hi there @PhoenixV, we want to help you set up ActiveArmor's VPN so it'll switch on automatically.
Thanks for letting us know that you've already removed the VPN's profile from the ActiveArmor app. One of our troubleshooting steps we recommend would to be uninstalling and reinstalling it, so please follow the appropiate steps to take for this:
Another cause maybe Always-On VPN, if you're using ActiveArmor with an Android device. This feature disables your phone's internet connection if it isn't on a VPN, and ActiveArmor may not function correctly in this state. You can turn this feature off in your Android's Settings > Connections > More Connections > VPN, tap the gear by ActiveArmor and disable Always-On VPN.
We also have ActiveArmor specific troubleshooting you can try to have your VPN automatically turn off and on when connecting to public Wi-Fi networks. Please keep us updated with your results, so we can look into other troubleshooting options.

Hi this problem is continuing. I have deleted the ActiveArmor app and reinstalled it. I have also restarted my phone. My device is an iPhone 14 pro max. I have deleted the VPN profile and reinstalled it multiple times. When switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data, the cellular data is blocked until I delete the VPN profile. I have switched off the Always-On function and it did not make a difference. What are the next steps?
