Active armor shows 1 unsafe item on scan

I scanned my device and it has shown 1 unsafe app or file twice. However, it doesn't tell me what kind of threat this is or what app or file it seems as unsafe. There's nothibg to click. What's the point of this if it doesn't give you info to remove like it says it will do if something is detected?

Hi Sleepy218, we are here to help you figure out the unsafe app/files that were detected by our AT&T ActiveArmor app!

 

Since the red notification remains red in the Network section of your home screen untill the apps/files are removed, we recommend reviewing your recently installed apps/downloaded files. 

 

Other AT&T ActiveArmor app fixes that may help are:

 

Android

  • Turn off any other VPN-type apps off temporarily. Setting > Type VPN in universal search bar > Tap to disable. This menu is in Network settings > More connections
    • The goal is to have AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security serve as the VPN to protect the network connections whether it be Wi-Fi or browsing.
  • Go to Google Play Store and uninstall updates.
  • Disable the app, restart the device, enable the app again in Settings > App menu. (Reinstall the app).

iOS

  • Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and confirm both the App Refresh and ActiveArmor mobile security app are in ‘ON” status.  
  • Turn off any other VPN-type apps off temporarily. Setting > Type VPN in universal search bar > VPN & Device Management. Disconnect.
    • The goal is to have AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security to serve as the VPN to protect the network connections whether it be Wi-Fi or browsing.
  • Delete the app and reinstall and open it to see if it works and is on the correct level of service (free or advanced).
  • Are you able to launch the app and have the correct level of service? (free or advanced)

Same issue here trying numerous ways of trying to clean that unsafe safe file but doesn't show anything with another software, I guess it's just a number counter based off of files installed, but it would be nice if they just delete the scan history files on their end to eliminate all issues in most cases?

New update getting a lot better but still has unsafe file from Pryor version anyway to fix this? (Unsafe file) still showing up

CHECK FOR DISABLED APPS LIKE CHROME  OR SOMETHING IN THAT  CAGAGORY 🤔 SHOULD FIX THAT UNSAFE APP
