About MiFi18000 sim card

I received the MiFi 18000 product today, but it doesn't have a SIM card in it, so I can't use WiFi. What should I do?

As mentioned by you, you've received the order for MIFI18000, as you have not received the Sim card. We suggest you to please visit the nearest AT&T corporate store and get a new Sim card for the MIFI18000 device.
