Write a review for a negative store experience

I would like to write a review about the experience I just had with a store manager at a corporate store in Dayton OH.  I used the star locator and found the store but there is no option to write a review, and the reviews that may exist do not display. I can post the review here that I intend to link to the actual store located at:

I purchased a phone as a Christmas present for my father at full price online through the AT&T Premier website last night and went in today to pick it up. The store manager Jorge was assisting me and went back to get my phone. He informed me that my card did not go through online and that I would have to pay for the phone with a card at that time. I informed him that online there was an option to sign up for a two-year agreement and get the phone at a discounted price, so I asked him what effect that would have on my bill, as I'm a business owner and the billing is a little different than the consumer portion. He answered that "whatever the price it says it is online will be split up amongst the two years and you'll pay that monthly or whatever" and made it clear that he did not know what the correct answer was , and was unwilling to spend any effort to figure it out.  I informed him that this was not correct as it was asking for full payment of the discounted price when I was ordering the phone. He said again that that was how it works. I asked him what that would do to my bill when adding a line that was on a contract versus having a line that was not on a contract. He answered again that "whatever the price it says it is online will be split up amongst the two years and you'll pay that monthly or whatever". I told him that was not correct, as I'm well aware that there is a $25 per month discount applied to business lines that are not on a contract.
He responded with "If you know the answers then why are you asking me?? Why are you in here telling me how to do my job??  You know what, you have to leave. I'm not going to give you this phone." And he proceeded to kick me out of the store and has not put the phone back into inventory so I can re-order it.

I've never been treated so poorly by a customer service representative in my life. His attitude was abhorrent and his customer service skills are essentially nonexistent. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with this person in the future, especially if you ask a question that he does not know the correct answer to and second guess the answer he provides.
