What is going on with the sign in?

Rebooted my U-verse box, as I get wireless service via AT&T. All was well until my tv showed a direct tv login screen. The email on file I have no access to and don't know password or security Q answers. Spoke with both companies and direct tv doesn't have my number associated with an acct, tried several emails, no luck. Nobody can help I've been on the phone for days!
