Very unsafe driver

Today 01/03/2023 I was traveling west on highway 78 and as soonest I got on 78 I notice there is a at&t pick up truck switching between all 3 lanes . I continue driving and after around 8 miles I was on the middle lane and he was on the right lane trying to pass traffic when he quickly realized there was a 18 wheeler going slower , he quickly try to change lanes again and almost collide with me  if I wouldn't have change lanes . He never try to get back on his lane even know I was blowing the horn . Please have a thoroughly review on this guy's privilege to drive a company's truck.
