Trying to reach AT&T"s "Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion" Programme Office

I am the president of a Minority- and Woman-owned Small Business Consulting Company, based in New York State's, Upstate Western New York Area's, Buffalo Niagara Region. Here, I am a Participating Member Agency of an AT&T Initiative, titled "HyperLink Buffalo". I have a proposal that I would very much like to introduce to AT&T, from my company, Covington Associates Consulting | CAC, and I need to reach AT&T's DEI Programme Office and/or its Foundation.
