Subcontractor not paid by AT&T contractor

Hello. In Jan of 2022 we did some work for an AT&T contractor as a sub and have yet to be paid on one of our invoices. We have sent several late payment invoices to this contractor and have received nothing in return.  Who do I need to contact about this?
