Store complaint
I would like to make a complaint on a store manager. I am having trouble finding where i can make the complaint and am wondering if someone can provide a solution here. I made an appointment from 6:30pm to 6:45pm. So they made the appointment for 6:45pm which is not what a I wanted. I waited anyway. 6:45pm rolls around manager and tech was helping 1 customer the other tech was in back of store. 6:53pm rolls around and both techs and store manager are hiding in the back of the store. I told them on the call and when I arrived I was on lunch from work and did not have a lot of time. Still walk ins took priority of my appointment. I walked to the back and told them I had little time I had to leave and asked if I could make another appointment and was told by the manager to wait a minute. I did not appreciate the attitude I was getting nor did I appreciate the lack of care towards my appointment. I understand I did not have enough time to continue with my appointment but I would like to have been made aware that I would have to wait longer or have an rescheduling appointment offered.

Hi I will go back to the store get both their names store manager and both employees and go online to AT&T customer service or get the phone number and logic complaint there I'm sure they will help you you have to tell them the name of the store and give the employee's names and where the stores located

I returned to the store the following day with an appointment at 1pm. I was told I would have to wait 2 hours before I could be seen. I'm not returning. If I use at&t I will drive to the next county that has a store. And big(Edited per community guidelines)y to.your comment of contacting support. The machine will not give you an agent unless you have an account with at&t. Thank you for the help anyway.

Depends on whether it was an Authorized AT&T Retail Store or an AT&T Corporate Store. Retail stores are independently owned and operated separate from AT&T, do not have AT&T employees, and play pretty much by their own rules. AT&T has very little control over how they run their business. Both stores look exactly the same on the inside so it pays to ask what kind of store they are.
In either case, Retail or Corporate, you can always file a complaint with the BBB.

@Big(Edited per community guidelines)y If it's a Retail Store, as I mentioned above, it won't do any good to complain to AT&T because they have little control over how the business is run. BBB/FCC is the best option.
