Steps after phone interview.
I recently had a great phone interview for a WFH position with you all and was heartbroken to receive the email that I would not be considered. If you could help me understand why I was told to look for an offer letter but received this bad news would be super helpful. Thanks so much in advance!

You need to contact HR or the person or number that was on the email, not here. This is a public, customer to customer forum only. It is not an AT&T Support forum. There is no one here who can help. Sorry you didn't get the job.

An interview is not a guarantee of getting a job, it's an opportunity to get to know you, to learn about your expertise. So that's no reason to get upset, you need to keep looking! I wonder if you got the test assignment or if you've already been hired?

There’s many more steps beyond the interview. I use to be a hiring manager and there’s no way the op got hired that fast. Background checks. Testing. Assessment. Drug test. This didn’t happen in 5 days.
