Social Media sites showing up on secure family companion app as recently visited ?

For some reason skype messaging and several other social media sites keep coming up on my son's recent web activity section on the secure family companion app. However, he tells me that he has never even been on Skype before or any of the other sites that are being shown as accessed sites from him phone. Why is this happening?
