Soar Eye

AT&T’S telephone felt down on my backyard early February 2022, and damaged my tree, wooden shed, storage shed. AT&T crews came to replace that pole two weeks later, but a pole they used was shorter than original one. Here is a problem when they hanged cables it will not fit properly span, then they make 4 loops of extra length of cables and let it hanging that caused SOAR EYES to me and my neighbors. By the way, I called couple of times want to know what is the timeframe would be for them come to fix it. Any suggestions to solve this problem?

sore eyes really? those loops are there for a reason, construction placed the cable, now they are going to send out a splicing crew to splice the fiber, the loops are so they can bring the fiber into their fiber trailer to splice. as long as its safe it will be there until its scheduled.
