Sign in account verification
I am our business's Office Manager and sign in to ATT every day to forward phones to the business mobile phone, which I keep with me. Since this recent addition of a business mobile, nearly every time I log in, I am sent a request to enter a code to prove I am me. I chose the business mobile, since it only asked for a phone number to send a text with this verification number. When my brother, the business owner, needs to log in, he does not have access to my business mobile phone. He does have his own ATT mobile number and our ATT email thru our business portal. Can either his number be added as a second option to send a code for verification, or can the business email be sent the verification number? We can both access this email account.
