Reschedule Job interview
Today I had a job interview 03/31/2022 at 12pm for the customer service work from home position. I arrived approximately 15 mins early to make sure everything through the web browser was working correctly. The interviewer never showed. I even called the number provided if there was any technical issue and no one was on the other end. I waited almost 20mins for someone to show and they never did. How can I contact someone to reschedule the interview? My email is [email scrubbed] would he the best way of contacting me to reschedule.

This happened with me today. Link wasn’t working on any of my devices and the number provided was an error… is this a joke? This company is so vastly large that people who prepare all night for an interview get lost in the cracks. Unbelievable.

Ok, then why have Saturdayas an available interview slot? And get email reminders to be ready for the interview? Even with your matter of fact response, as if I’m suppose to know better, no one took the time to reach out and say “hey let’s reschedule, we are out of the office that day”… I made this reservation a week ago. At the end of the day, yes I was butt hurt, but to be honest first impressions are everything. If this is a reflection of who I wanted to work for, then I consider this a bullet dodged.

Thank you for your feedback and encouraging words. I believed my issue was valid, but after being put down by a Escalations Manager OSP Engineer, I should’ve stayed in my place.
I lost my opportunity over an error in scheduling, imagine my frustration after preparing all week. I missed my son’s baseball tournament, he won state… all that time wasted over an error out of my control. Everyone’s time is valuable. I apologize if my tone offended you. For future candidates that might experience this scenario, please be kind. You clearly have AT&T’s best interest in mind, don’t push people away and tell them to work at a place you believe is less. All the best.
