fyi if in a utility easement the removal and relocate would be at your cost, expect minimum of 15k and up to a year before its approved.

@Constructive - I didn't ask about cost or timing. I'm requesting a contact info and forms of someone to speak to. Are you that person? Usually, it's someone in the legal department or rights of way department.

Oh. I didn't see your questions - I don't know who else is on the pole. It's an old easement granted to Southwestern Bell. ATT's department should have this info.

if theres power on the pole then power owns the pole im in California and have no contacts in Texas, even if i did were forbidden to share contact information in the forums it gets scrubbed by the bots

OK. The easement was granted to Southwestern Bell, so ATT has an interest in it. Who do I contact? @ATTHelp ?
