Receiving Bills and not a Customer

Hi there lately I’ve been receiving overdue bill in email and I’m not even in the USA nor an AT&T customer. What can I do and who can I contact? Or is it a scam?

Is there anything in the email to indicate the bill is in your name? Unless an account has been fraudulently opened using your identity, ignore them. It’s either a scam or someone has the wrong email address on their account. If it’s the latter, there is nothing you can do to change that, only the account owner can update their email address.
