Question for employees about working for Att

Hello there!

Maybe this isn’t the appropriate type of post for this sub but it’s the only place I could really find to ask. I have an upcoming interview for a WFH sales position and was curious about the job before hand and was hoping to maybe get some information.

  • Base pay

  • Commission structure

  • Vacation and sick pay time

  • Work environment/company culture

  • Bonuses

  • What you would want someone to know coming into this job/position/company

  • How easy is it to move up

  • How long is training

    • Any additional information you’d like to share

I appreciate any and all information. If there’s a better place for me to learn this information please point me in that direction. I tried doing some Google searches and found a lot of mixed information.

Thank you!

If the job is hourly plus+ this would be a union position.

Could try to search for the union contract for your region that would cover the above… or wait for the job interview to ask your questions.

Was not some basic information covered in the job description when applying?

What city/state are you located in?

ATT offers hardwired home services in select markets of 21 states and wireless in all along with DirecTv Streaming in all 50 states.
