Please stop advertising on Fox

The only post I found about concerns over att advertising on Fox News was 4 years old.  The only response  said it was pointless to discuss here.  So I bumped the thread ….and then it was closed:(

Given recent events, there must be other att customers who are bummed that att advertises on Fox News. I’d be curious to see what the response from others is here.

Or will my post be shut down?

Bumping old threads is against FORUM GUIDELINES.  So, yes, that thread was closed.

Since this forum is really for customers to seek answers for their technical issues, you probably aren't going to get the answer you want.

I did respond to you in the other thread with some reasons but if you chose not to read them there's nothing we can do. It's business, period. So either you find another provider who is more in line with what you want as far as news goes or just don't watch FOX News. I don't with my provider.

forum managers can enable a setting to automatically lock older threads if they dont want bumping.  just a technical insight for ya :)

theres no other place on the att “community” platform to reach out to other att customers to see how they feel.

if you disagree with my opinion, thats fine to state here.  im looking for customer opinions not lessons on how to use a forum.  so please dont hijack my thread to do so.  if you think this conversation is against the rules, you dont have to start an argument here.  instead, you can ignore it or report it.

As a stockholder (in addition to being a customer), I don't have a problem with AT&T advertising on any platform.   But that's just my greed talking.

@customerfor15years  There's no opinion to disagree with. I'm sure you'll find other customers who don't like FOX News, as well as OAN, Newsmax, CNN, the list goes on. And you are free to start an online campaign against AT&T carrying FOX News as well. Total waste of time but that's your choice.

Xfinity is my provider and they carry not only FOX News but Newsmax as well. I choose not to watch either one.
