Is there a phone number or email address at AT&T with a real person on the other end that I can register a complaint with. I really don't like a Customer Rep being rude or condescending when I am having issues with my service. And then refusing to allow me to talk to their supervisor

Well before we close this down, I'm a Roku user and 99% of the people who "call Roku for support" get signed up for stuff they don't need.
It's a scam.
Roku device is a fantastic streaming device. You can use tons on the Roku for free, like Tubi and Pluto which are free ad supported TV apps. Not a dime needs to be paid after you have purchased the Roku and connected it to your internet service.
I pay for Amazon prime and Netflix subscriptions
I also purchase Brit box through my Amazon prime subscription.
