No time slots for video interview invitation?
Hi,
Yesterday I applied to a retail/customer service position and have been able to get nothing else to show up but 'no time slots available'. Can anyone here please help me, or guide me in the right direction? I'm excited to take advantage of this opportunity, and don't want to lose out on it because of something completely out of my control.

Do you mean listed for myself? If so, I just added it to my bio on this site. If you mean to contact AT&T, I sent two emails out to them a little bit ago.

It's frustrating/relieving to see that it's not just me I suppose. Day 2 of it happening now, got another email from them 'reminding' me of the interview for the same end result. 🥴

Same here just now, it's like "I want to but I can't!" I believe they outsource this portion of it and since its a WFH position there isn't a store we can call to speak with someone.

I called the HR One Stop Number but you can't speak with any agents without an employee ID.

Has anyone under here been able to finally schedule a interview slot since then? I applied two days ago for a WFH position and it’s saying the same thing for me.
