NFL

I want to use the NFL plus app to stream Green Bay Packer games when I go up North about 90 miles.  Fox televises all Pagker games, home and away, in a rather large area (home games are always sold out).  However when I try to sign in to app it asks me who my cable provider is.  Actually I don't have or need one (at home antennae is good, up North there is no cable.)  I wan to stream the games over my ATT cell phone data plan, when up North, since that is the only way to get internet up there.  Can I do this????  or do I just tell NFL to forget it and stay in town over weekend.  Thanks in advance for the input
