My previous attuid

I previously worked for AT&T corporate and Cellular World and authorized dealer. They are unable to process my ATTUID. What is the issue? From my understanding, once you are assigned an ATTUID, and ever need it again with the company or affiliated companies, you only get one in a life time. How do I get mine activated? Or how can the new company activate? Who is the right person to fix the issue and their contact number? Thanks!
