Is it true: One America News being dropped from AT&T?

Read tonight in Wall Street Journal that Direct will no longer carry One America News. If true this is a very sad state of affairs. Not only does OAN do a great job of covering world news, it also airs complete coverage of many events that other networks do not. I suspect this is yet another example of silencing and censoring what information the American public has access to. Very disappointed in Directv. Probably time to look for a different programming provider.

We are NOT on the wrong forum. While OANN may be cut from direct tv, it is also being cut from ATT U-verse. I know as I suscribe to U-verse & it was just cut off at midnight on 4-5-22. I am very upset to lose my favorite and in my opinion the best real new station OANN. Uber - bring it back or I will cancel and find someone who Carrie’s it!!!

No notification like I've seen for other channels dropping from lineup, why has OAN been dropped? Considering dropping AT&T for my Uverse and Mobile service over this, been a customer over 10 years of both packages.....

Why has OAN been cancelled from my uverse 450 package? I know direct TV cancelled it, but why Uverse?

DIRECTV owns U-verse TV, and the channel carriage agreements are shared between the services.

I am very Frustrated that One America News Network was dropped. This is censorship and under the guise of a business decision. Direct TV mgmnt says OAN supports right wing conspiracies, yet CNN, MSNBC, deny truths and broadcast false information in support of a left agenda. Provide the platform for broadcasting and let the people decide what they want to watch.

OAN News channel came up as not available today. I guess I will have to look for a new internet and TV provider. I will not give up my money to a company that decides what news channels we can and cannot have based on their views.

yep it was dropped, it has nothing do with views it has to do with they couldnt agree on a carrier agreement whether you believe it or not. bottom line its gone from u-verse and directv and isnt coming back

@RED_1000 since your new here let me explain something to you, these posts were merged from other conversations into this thread, some were posted in the prepaid cell forum and moved here some were posted in wireless if you look at the dates posted some are months old
