Iphone locked

I have my Iphone and it’s locked showing me that it needs activation although am using my same Iphone for years now. Please contact me or let me know how to contact you guys as phone numbers are not right. I knew that AT&T is my phone provider. Please help as i want to unlock my phone. Thanks
