interviewer did not show

I recently completed the application and assessment and was offered a chance to interview with the company, for online sales rep here in ATL.  The interview was online this past Wednesday from 9am to 10am, I waited in the room and even called the number to check in that way and the whole hour went by without anyone showing up.  I’ve been checking my emails and not a single update on the status of my application moving forward or if I can reschedule an interview.  Being that this was being facilitated through modernhire I don’t have any contact info as it pertains to moving forward with the interview
