AT&T's Rewards site or another site?

AT&T rewards site. It wont go through.

Where did you sign up for the deal and what was the deal?

It was a promotional where if i get the new IPhone 14 by a certain date i get a $250 rewards card.

An AT&T employee came to my house set it all up.

Sounds like the AT&T "employee" could have been an independent retailer just selling AT&T goods and services and not a actual AT&T employee.  Some of them have questionable business practices just to make a sale. What does the paperwork say?

Was this a cold call door-to-door salesperson? IOW, you didn't call AT&T or just sign up for fiber?

No it was through AT&T and everything because they’ve been to my house for my tv to help fix it because I have direct tv through AT&T and they started talking about the different things and promotions that where going on and then they started talking about the phone promotions if we wanted to switch and if we do and we do it by a certain date then we get a $250 rewards card.
