How to make my profile image the correct size?
I have searched the forum with this question and have not found any answers.
I have searched the internet with this question and have not found any answers.
Every image size I've tried always cut off the top and bottom!
Doesn't anyone know the height x width an image should be to fit into the round avatar?
btw: Why is there no category for this type of question? i.e. Forum Issues, Other, General Forum Questions, etc...
Why is there no appropriate Topic and Tag?

I finally got close to what I wanted by using 200x200 pixels in a .png
I would still like an 'official' answer from webmaster.
Maybe whomever is running this site could answer my other questions also... including who does own/manage/control this forum.

THIS may or may not answer your “who owns/manages” the forum question. Please note, it says “provides”.
AT&T provides these Community Forums as a courtesy to its users and customers,
Next, I’ve been on these forums for 16 years and I’ve never heard talk of a webmaster. I’m guessing there is one but he’s like the Wizard in The Wizard of Oz….he’s behind the curtain. Your desire for an “official” answer is not going to happen.
Here’s what I do know. These forums were started to answer questions and offer direction and advice. They are not ‘run’ by AT&T but there ARE AT&T employees who will, on occasion, reach out to offer help. They are identified as @ATTHelp but there is a team that uses that moniker.
There was a time that you couldn’t even use a “personal” image. There was a gallery of approved images you could use. Once you had established yourself, you were allowed to upload an image.
Oh @beckyww Where are you when we need you!

Thanks for the info. I am able to upload my image, just trying to get the dimensions 'they' want. The image I have on my profile now is from my Firefox account page. They allow me to download the image and they use the same round framing.
I'm sure every web has a webmaster, but others don't hide from the users... yes, these people are '...behind the curtain...'
It is the same as AT&T 'support'... you only have access to the flappers (who can only do what's in the script book) and they will not let you talk to the upper tier people hiding somewhere in the ether... I've tried... a good example is here, email-to-text-not-working-anymore.
The people in 'support' say they know of no problem and when asked if they ever bother to look at the forum, long silence and basically give the standard 'Shut-up and reboot' answer. Even used it myself sometimes when I was a system administrator... only if is was a 'user issue'...
