How Do I Contact A Moderator?

I have a very simple question about getting my Hotmail POP3 account to work but when I try to post my question in the Email Forum in keeps getting "flagged" for something "inappropriate" even though there's no foul language nor personal information contained in the post. It's just asking for some guidance as regards my settings. And it won't tell me what the "inappropriate" part is. Who do I go to, to get the resolved because I need some help with my email account? This is the craziest thing I've ever run into here on these Forums, and I've been a member a long time now...
