Horrible response to damages caused.

On 03/08/22 att descend on my neighborhood to drill underground and install fiber lines, during the drilling att damaged the main sewer line from my residence which you can imagine cause a huge issue. As a result of the damage my family incurred out of pocket expenses to repair the damage pipe which we promptly contacted att and initiated a claim, to my surprise we have only gotten the runaround and the large expense has cause financial hardship to my family. Be aware this company's operators are inept and if they offer fast fiber internet in your neighborhood please voice your opinion and just say no, it's definitely not worth the pain of having to deal with att.
