Former Employee. No access PIN and website not loading.
Hello!
I am a former ATT employee and am in need of my access PIN. I have attempted to access the website (http://link.web.att.com/checkpin) that HROneStop 1800 number provides, but it has been down for weeks. I cannot get through the HROneStop prompts to get to a human for help.
What can I do? Thanks.

Hello ashleymcbride27, we're here to help with HROneStop website.
Let's try clearing the browser;
If you have a PC running Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Edge:
If you have a Mac running Chrome or Firefox:
If you have a Mac running Safari:
If you still need assistance and this don't help. We can pull you into a DM to further investigate.
Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!

I did this and the website (http://link.web.att.com/checkpin) still does not open. I also did this and tried in an incognito browser, again nothing. I have read multiple posts where this website has been down for years.

@JefferMC I reopened the thread. Though what you state is true, this is the Community Lounge and asking such a question does not violate forum guidelines and even though such questions are unlikely to get an answer, sometimes they do as evidenced by ATTHelp responding on this thread.

I disagree. Prospects, Employees, Former Employees and Retirees should in no way be encouraged to post such questions. They are off topic, per the guidelines:
These questions do not refer to AT&T "products and services". They are "personal [and personnel ;-) ] matters."

@JefferMC Where would you suggest I go for help? I have attempted to access HROneStop and cannot as I do not have the PIN. I have attempted to use the website that HROnestop recommended multiple times on multiple computers and the website has never worked. I have found posts from 2019 showing the website was down, even then. I have emailed my prior Area Managers with very limited help and have gotten the runaround for 3+ weeks. This was a last resort, please advise where I should go from here.
Thank you!

Don't know. If you were represented by a union, I'd suggest getting the union involved.
If you are getting a 403 error on https://hraccess.att.com/ then try using an incognito window. Azure is apparently objecting to the large header that gets created due to all the blooming cookies that some pages operating under "att.com" like to stuff in the cookie jar. I get 403 when I just try directly, but I get to the site when I use an incognito window. But, since I've never been an employee, I can't really go any further.

Alight handles AT&T legacy retirees. The hraccess site has been giving the 403 error for years. The phone numbers I have are HROneStop 888-722-1787, Benefits Center 877-722-0020. The website I use is Benefits Center. I have no idea if this works for ex-SBC employees or not.

It does work using the incognito mode as stated by @JefferMC. It will take you to the global login screen. Which once logged in will ask for which center you want.
