Every single time I log in I have to reset PW!
@attmobilitycare EVERY SINGLE TIME I log into my ATT Internet and Direct TV account, I have to do forget password because it won’t let me log in. I even had to reset it for the second time today just to message this forum!! It always says I’ve tried too many times even on the first attempt. The ridiculous part is every time I reset it, I reset it to the same password AND even more ridiculous when it won’t let me into my email, it sends the reset password code TO MY EMAIL! How am I supposed to retrieve it?! Don’t tell me to clear my cache or use the same browser. I am using the same browser and it isn’t my cache. You guys have a broken system and it’s infuriating! I HATE DEALING WITH ATT!! You guys have your hands in too many things so therefore ALL of your stuff is half-(Edited per community guidelines)!
